The first being is to actually ask your customers what they think of your business in relation to the product and service you are providing. Of course be prepared for some criticism and be willing to work on ways of changing things to ensure that these issues can then be rectified.

Of course it is all well and good asking your customers to provide you with feedback, but remember to respond to them as well. A quick and simple thank you goes a long way and will ensure that your customers feel important.
